Discovery

The Discovery Phase is one of the most important steps in the process. We spend time with you to understand the needs of the organization and the goals of what you are trying to achieve. We don't just order take a list of the hard skills needed. Any agency can be a key word searcher. At VANTA Partners, we want to get to the heart of what makes the company unique and this is where we find out.

Sourcing

This is where we take what we have learned in the Discovery Phase and put it in practice. We do not subscribe to any traditional job boards like those that rhyme with Vonster, VareerBuilder, or Vice. 90% of the candidates we place are passive seekers that are not active in a job search. They will trust us at VANTA Partners, to bring them great quality opportunities.

Fulfillment

This is where we make the placement. We take the awkwardness out of the negotiations and make this as smooth as possible. These placements are ones that last for the long run. It doesn't benefit anyone if you come to us in 6 months saying, "Oh sh*t, I think we made a mistake.
